I finished reading this book on the 10th of January 2021.
Here’s a synopsis of the book I grabbed from Amazon:

And here are my actual notes I took whilst I was listening to this on Audible:
- Pain approaches you when you are not present in the now
- Nobody chooses pain or suffering
- Enlightenment tells you to focus on the here and now
- Surrender is the freedom from negativity. It is just accepting what is
- Accept the situation as it is
- Illness is not your present - it is your life situation - now is free of problems - therefore illness can not be a part of it
- Non-resistance indicates the doing has stopped
- Surrender is good option to end an argument
- Nothing in this life is negative. Something bad might turn into your mentor or the biggest opportunity
- Beyond happiness and unhappiness, there is peace
- Pay attention to your partner and accept her if you want to enlighten your relationship
