InnerStacks: stepping out from behind the white-label work

Search strategy
From business positioning to useful discovery.
This is an editorial map of the decisions discussed in the project account, not a claimed conversion funnel or newly measured result.
- 01
Understand the buyer
Clarify the commercial challenge and the people it affects.
- 02
Make the service clear
Focus the work on changes that the team can deliver.
- 03
Measure useful outcomes
Separate reported progress from qualified enquiries and revenue.
Where the project began
Strong delivery skills, an underdeveloped direct brand
White-label delivery can build genuine capability without building a recognisable public brand. InnerStacks needed to explain its engineering services directly to the people commissioning them.
InnerStacks had an unusual positioning problem: delivery experience built largely behind other brands did not automatically make the company easy to assess as a direct supplier. A prospective buyer needs to see what engineering work the team takes on, for whom and why it is credible before initiating a conversation.
The website had to answer simple buyer questions: what can this team build, where does its expertise fit, and why should I approach it?
What the team worked on
Making engineering services easier to evaluate
Pearl Lemon organised the site around the work prospective direct clients wanted to commission. Service and industry pages clarified React, mobile, web and full-stack capabilities, while project evidence and 'Why Us' content provided reasons to trust the team. The navigation was designed to make those choices easier to explore.
Pearl Lemon’s project covered service and industry architecture, React, mobile, web and full-stack service content, project-evidence presentation and user journeys. “Why Us” content helped connect capability with the buying decision.
What the record shows
A clearer proposition for direct buyers
The documented deliverable was a rebuilt website structure and more coherent direct-buyer proposition. No comparable lead totals were supplied, so the outcome is clearer positioning rather than a claimed conversion lift. The strategic lesson is simple: explain the business you want to win before investing heavily in promoting it.

Where I would start on your website
Make an engineering company's direct-client proposition legible to a prospective buyer.
- 1Document the old navigation and buyer journeys, including where white-label positioning made direct procurement unclear.
- 2Create distinct pages for core engineering services and use cases, with proof of delivery method, stack boundaries and buyer qualification questions.
- 3Before launch, prepare redirects and canonical mapping; after release, verify mobile navigation, form delivery, indexing and key service-page entry points.
How to measure commercial progress
Establish release-date baselines for non-branded service-page impressions, qualified discovery calls and lead-to-proposal rate. A rebuild alone is not a traffic result.
Your first decision
What did direct clients understand and do differently after the new site went live?

How to read the results
These details show the nature of the rebuild and advisory work, not an independently measured rise in organic leads, website conversion or revenue.
What better measurement could reveal
Before-and-after pages with release dates, crawl coverage, segmented organic visibility and qualified inbound conversations would allow a genuine performance account.
About the evidence and attribution
This account draws on a historically published Pearl Lemon Group case study. Performance figures are reported by their original source and may use third-party ranking or traffic estimates. They are not presented as an independent financial audit. Work was delivered across the Pearl Lemon team and should not be interpreted as solely personally executed by Deepak.
