How I document my work and public evidence
A credible track record should let readers separate an independent publication, a company-reported result, a firsthand story and a customer's review. Here is how evidence is labelled throughout this website.
Independent, published records
Third-party hosts such as TEDx, a podcast publisher, Companies House, race organisers, Udemy or a review platform establish that a specific appearance, result or review is publicly recorded. They do not necessarily independently verify all interviewee statements.
Company-authored project accounts
Pearl Lemon's case studies can show the scope, methodology and historically reported outcomes of its own engagements. They are attributed to Pearl Lemon and should not be mistaken for client audits, testimonials or guarantees.
Historical platform or tracking metrics
Keyword counts, ranking movements, traffic-value scores and authority ratings are specific to a time, tool, definitions and reporting window. They are not interchangeable with enquiries, revenue or profit.
Direct reviews and client experience
An original Trustpilot review about a webinar establishes feedback about training. A Clutch company review describes an agency relationship. Some case summaries draw on Clutch-published client accounts and label the metrics as client-reported. Their subject, reviewed entity, date, scope and rating must remain distinct.
How to verify what is published
Each case summary links to an original Pearl Lemon report, which owns the full company account and any relevant figures. Video pages link to their original hosts. Testimonials link to their public review listings or individual review record. Quotes are not created from the existence of a booking, business enquiry or interview invitation.
Client names, logos, screenshots and private messages are not proof that permission exists to republish confidential correspondence. Where a historical case has been anonymised, this site preserves that choice. Anonymised source accounts and company-reported figures are not represented as third-party verification.
Pearl Lemon Group's portfolio spans different businesses and delivery teams. Featuring the group's work here does not mean that Deepak personally completed every project task. The original context and the responsible operating business remain important.
