My advice resonates the most with the guys who ‘have it all’ in the world’s eyes – a well-respected degree from a prestigious university, a top job at a large corporate firm and lots of ambition and drive within them.

However, they all tend to have one thing in common – they haven’t been able to sustain genuine, relationships and experience true love.

I not only equip them with the tools and the framework they need in order to build happy, healthy romantic relationships but also to ultimately learn to love themselves and to subsequently build better relationships with their friends/family to improve their social life and with clients and bosses to help with their career growth.

WHAT MOTIVATED ME TO SHARE MY STORY?

Well, about 10 years ago, I was in need of a massive transformation.

I was that guy with a degree in English Literature from Warick university who was just 1 of three Arts students to land a highly competitive graduate position at Deloitte as a Tax Consultant during the height of the recession.

But I’d never been in a genuine or stable relationship, in fact, it was far from it. Due to a lack of self-love and esteem, I wound up in volatile verbally and physically abusive relationships and developed an anxious-avoidant attachment style which resulted in many turbulent relationships.

GETTING HELP AND SELF-DISCOVERY

My call to The Samaritans led on to me seeking professional help. In total, I sought 150+ hours of various forms of different therapies including NLP training, CBT, Group therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Relationship Coaching, Life Coaching, Accountability Coaching, counselling and Hypnotherapy. These experiences resulted in massive personal development. Ultimately through seeking guidance and developing self-love, I’m able to maintain a healthy relationship with my partner of 7 years and I am motivated to help others to do the same!

I have written 119 Quora posts giving advice on dating and relationships that have been read by 500k+ people globally.
