I finished reading this book on the 10th of January 2021.

Here’s a synopsis of the book I grabbed from Amazon:

“Eat That Frog! shows you how to organize each day so you can zero in on these critical tasks and accomplish them efficiently and effectively. The core of what is vital to effective time management is a decision, discipline, and determination. And in this fully revised and updated edition, Tracy adds two new chapters. 1. Decide what you want

1.1 Discuss your goals and objectives with yourself

2. Write it down on paper

3. Set a deadline on your goal – no deadline means no urgency

4. Make a list of everything you think you’re going to have to do to achieve your goal

5. Organise the list into a plan and sequence

5.1 You will separate yourself immediately from anyone who carries the plan inside their head

  1. Discipline yourself to do it immediately and not stop until the task is done
  2. If it isn’t doable in one day you will spend a minimum of 4 trackable hours on it without task switching once
  3. You can break for a maximum of 15-minute intervals but the clock stops each time you do
  • The key to success is always action
  • Focussing upon your single most important task single-mindedly without distraction
  • No one is better than you but more successful people are doing things differently than you

  • You can’t teach a man anything only help him discover it for himself
