  • Get a manicure
  • Get a pedicure
  • Maybe some shopping therapy
  • Theatre for a matinee performance
  • Go for a fancy dinner with friends
  • Get a gelato for desert
  • Settle in bed at home with your favourite TV show

Pick whatever suits.

DAY TWO

Wake up. Say to yourself ‘Come on [your name]! In life there are but two things: ‘Actions or Excuses‘. And there is no more room for excuses. So it’s time to sort my f*cking shit out!’

And remember:

Life isn’t fair. And the world doesn’t owe you anything.

So take action.
